This hotel offered a really cute experience. The staff displayed such warm friendliness and were eager to help! My lovely room was clean. The availability of tea and coffee was a nice touch. An evening meal with ample choice was lovely as was breakfast this morning.

The room looked dated! There was also a large rust hole in the bath, which I did not use. I asked could we have a robe. They said they needed to be asked for at reception. Standing there in my swimwear I was not going to walk to the main hotel reception to ask if robes were available.

i had a lovely meal at the restaurant. the food was amazing. drinks were perfect. sean is a real asset to this hotel (a true professional!). a special mention goes to elouisa, craig, rachel and greg, a fantastic team who you can see the happiness and dynamics throughout the team. i will be returning soon.

upon getting to the room i could tell it needed some tlc. the coating on the unit under the tv was bubbling up, the netting on windows had stains and holes in in.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i received a wellbeing massage by chelsey and it was fantastic. chelsey listened to my goal for the treatment and delivered.

the room was not cleaned properly every day. the bins were not emptied and the shower was not cleaned. the mini bar was not restocked with any new items.

i stayed here for some nights. the breakfast had a good variety. i had a room with a nice view and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. i enjoyed my time in the spa with a great massage from helen.

the room smelled musty when i first arrived. i found dust on the table and glass shelves. the bed was quite firm and caused some discomfort in the morning. the pool area looked dated with some visible mould in the showers.
