Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, which featured an excellent restaurant and comfortable amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were a delight. However, while the dining was mostly great, the dessert left something to be desired. Overall, it was a great value for money.
I had high hopes for this stay, particularly because I was celebrating a special occasion, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. While the staff showed incredible dedication and friendliness, the room left much to be desired, and the dining experience had its share of issues despite the good quality overall. The amenities such as the pool looked promising but didn't quite match my expectations, and the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the staff demonstrated exceptional service during my stay, I found the dining options lacking, particularly regarding breakfast quality. The spa facilities were enjoyable, but some amenities were either closed or not functioning as expected. Despite the ups and downs, the room was a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
My stay at the Westerwood was a mixed bag. On one hand, I really enjoyed the quality spa treatments and the comfort of the rooms. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly with service delays and food quality. Everything was clean, but improvements in service and food are absolutely necessary for a better experience.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was enjoyable, especially due to the excellent spa treatments and leisure facilities. The staff members were attentive and helpful, which enhanced my stay. However, there were some disappointments regarding the dining options, particularly the confusion around dinner reservations and limited menu choices. The cleanliness of the room could also have been improved.
